At TNB Customs, every product is custom-made to order, ensuring a truly bespoke item. Due to the personalised nature of our work, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Order Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel their order within 48 hours of purchase by contacting us at info@tnbcustomshoes.com. After this period, cancellations are not possible as production begins.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@tnbcustomshoes.com with clear photos of the issue.
  • Each case will be reviewed, and if deemed faulty, we will provide an appropriate resolution.
  • As all products are handmade and customised, minor variations are normal and not considered defects.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • Orders are shipped via UPS tracked and double-boxed to prevent damage.
  • TNB Customs is not responsible for courier-related delays but will assist where possible to ensure a timely transaction
