Order Processing & Lead Time

• As all products are made to order, production takes 6-8 weeks before dispatch.
• If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us before purchasing, and we will try to accommodate your request.

Shipping Methods & Costs

• All orders are shipped via UPS tracked delivery.
• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

International Orders

• We ship worldwide. However, customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• Once shipped, TNB Customs is not responsible for courier-related delays.
• If an issue arises, we will assist in contacting the courier.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

• Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once their order has been dispatched.
