Orders & Customisation
🔹 Are your trainers authentic?
Yes, we use 100% authentic base shoes, which we then customise by hand.
🔹 Are you affiliated with Adidas or other brands?
No, TNB Customs is an independent brand. We customise authentic trainers but are not affiliated with Adidas or any other brand.
🔹 How long does it take to receive my order?
All our trainers are made to order, with a lead time of 6-8 weeks. If you need them by a specific date, contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
🔹 Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the custom nature of our trainers, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos.
🔹 Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. After this time, production begins, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
Shipping & Delivery
🔹 How do you ship orders?
UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked, and international orders are sent via UPS. All orders are double-boxed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
🔹 Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on location.

We operate on a monthly drop model, meaning the website is only open for orders once a month. Sign up to our mailing list to be notified when the next drop goes live!
